as the owner and responsible of the Information system,has established control procedures to ensure the integrity of the information.The user understands that his/her access to the system is solely attributed subject to his/her status as a MPC collaborator and for professional use only.The user also understands that the control procedures imply - amongst others - storage operations and verification of transactions which, in some cases,can affect the confidentiality of the transmitted data for the user and/or his/her partners.

Consequently, the user:

1. Is informed that MPC can control his/her access to the Internet and the transactions that he/she sends or receives through the equipment.
2. If, despite it being indicated in the second paragraph of this rule, the user has private partners, the user agrees to warn them of the existence of such rules.
3. Must assume that he/she is using a work tool which the organization puts at his/her disposition, and which does not belong to his/her private sphere.
